Make payment via the website.

  2. We will send you an email order acknowledgement

  3. We will then send you an order acceptance email when we have checked the supplied information. At this point we are making a legal contract with you. There are occasions, if necessary, that we may refuse your order in which case we will advise you by email as soon as possible.

  4. We will send you an email when the order is dispatched.

DM reserves the right to contact various agencies to confirm identity or check credit rating, e.g. during the payment process.

Products & Availability

Products shown and described on our website may not always be in stock. In the event of this situation occurring an estimated delivery time will be provided, or an alternative product offered. It should be noted that delivery dates quoted are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation by DM to deliver by that date.

Every effort has been made to display the products offered as accurately as possible, however, the colours you see will depend upon the settings on your monitor. All sizes given are provided by the manufacturers and are approximate for guidance only.

Delivery outside these times can also be arranged, however, additional costs will be charged. Deliveries must be inspected for obvious damage and signed for and it is advisable that you keep your delivery receipt.

Goods Damaged in Transit

All goods are securely packed and leave our premises in perfect condition. Unfortunately from time to time damage does occur in transit. In the event that your goods show obvious signs of transit damage please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If the damage is only visible after opening you must inform DM within 48 hours. In either case we will arrange replacement goods as soon as possible.

Faulty Goods

We undertake that the goods will, in all material respects, comply with any general description which may be submitted to you, will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for normal usage. In the event that this is not the case, DM should be notified in writing of the fault within 10 days of their receipt.

No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from DM. No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by DM.

DM will accept cancellations on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. In the event that your order has been processed an artwork/origination cost plus a re-stocking charge will apply.
